1. Why did you want to join Kappa Delta Chi?

I wanted to be a part of a woman organization that empowers one another to become leaders and continue to learn professional skills while giving back to the community. Not only that but having sisters that have similar values and interests. Finding my home away from home.

2. What is your favorite memory with your sisters?

My favorite memory has to be National Conference hands down. It was such an amazing experience. I bonded a lot with a sister from each active class from Kappa to Mu. I learned so much before my official first semester as an active sister. Not to mention I had the honor to meet three out of our four founders. Also had the chance to share the same flight as Cynthia Garza and she shared the story of how she alone picked our sorority name “Kappa Delta Chi”.

3. How are you involved in the UNT / Denton community?

Our local philanthropy is Alexander Elementary School so we stay active within the
school hours and after school hours when they have events. We also host fundraisers
where we fundraise money for the students depending on their needs we’ll have school
supplies drive, or just a money drive.

4. What are your goals after graduation (life and career)?

My goals after graduation are very open within my career life. I know I want to work
somewhere, where it doesn’t feel that I am working and that when things get hard I don’t give up because I like what I am doing. Within my life goals I hope to start a family and
one day become a mother in the next 5 years.

5. What is one of the most important life lessons you’ve learned?

One of the most important life lessons I’ve learned is that you are responsible for your own happiness don’t ever put your happiness in the hands of anyone else but yourself!

6. Who is your hero?

My Father because he really came to this Country with nothing and gave me
everything. If it wasn’t for him I really don’t know where I’d be today within my
higher education.

7. What is your proudest accomplishment?

I am proud to say that I am going to be the first graduate from my family after this
Spring Semester.

8. Obsessions?

I am obsessed with Smoothie King, I get the Angel Food with Protein ITS
AMAZING!

9. Hobbies?

Some of my hobbies are listening to music, watching Netflix, hangout with my
boyfriend and friends!

10. Fears?

Letting myself or my family down

11. Any special talent(s)? or something interesting about yourself?
I can make people laugh without trying : P 

12. If you were granted 3 wishes, what would they be?
1.My dog tucker could talk
2.Control my dreams
3.Being able to be fit and eat as much as I want.

13. What did you want to be when you were small?

I wanted to work at the MALL LOL
14. If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
